The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a diverse selection of local dishes, made our mornings good.
The toilet in our room often struggled to flush properly, quite inconvenient .

It was a nice stay during my visit. The deluxe twin room I stayed in was reasonably large. I loved mountain view from the window...
Absolutely nothing to criticize.

Everything was fairly clean and good. The food was appetising with a wide array of choice! The staff was amicable when needed. Great location near to everything was a plus. Plus, it was near to the Philippines, Apo View, and shopping mall, restaurants and tourist spots.

I tell ya what, the folks here were just the nicest. You walk out, and all them shops 'n eateries are right there. My room was a good bit spacious, with a soft bed that felt mad really like heaven after a long day. Only wish the internet worked better, but the warm smiles from staff made up for it.

First time in Davao, and Apo View felt perfect for our stay. Great access to People's Park, Davao Cathedral, and Gaisano Mall. Our family room was huge, with two windows overlooking the park. The beds were comfortable, and the daily cleaning was spot on. The breakfast buffet impressed with a wide variety of options every morning. Staff were really courteous, always greeting us sincerely. Wi-Fi was a hassle. It barely worked in our room, and I often had to find a spot near the lobby or pool for a decent connection. Another downside was the inconsistent hot water. It made showers a gamble at times.

The hotel is neat, with friendly personal, and offers convenient location close enough to shopping mall, restaurants and tourist spots as well as nearby landmarks in davao city. The venue offers a huge variety of food that was good. The rooms are large and generous-sized, have large bathroom.

The bathroom was clean with ample supply of towels and toiletries. The dining area had a buffet that smelled good and was actually cool.
The hotel feels old and in need of refurbishment, with mattresses scattered outside the lobby. The internet was down , and the front desk lacked knowledge regarding nearby ATM locations for international cards. I encountered limited hot water for showers, and the breakfast options were frequently empty, requiring multiple requests.

It is in the city center. All Taxi know it.
Noice of next room and in the aisle for the the rooms of swiming pool view. Noice of dogs of the city view rooms. Old fernetures. Maximum check out time is 14:00. Few only big size bed without connection with other room.

Charming service, room needs updating
The staff's warmth was commendable, especially at the buffet where they served a good spread of local and international dishes. It seemed like home.
The room left much to be desired. The old bathroom fixtures and broken fridge marred an otherwise pleasant experience. The noise from the hallway was disruptive at times.

The culinary adventures here are legit! The breakfast buffet seemed like a treasure hunt with fresh salads and local delights, and the polite staff greeted us with heartfelt sincerity. Talk about a warm welcome!
While there was a funky odor on the ground floor after a rain, and the internet had its moments, nothing could dim the sparkle of our stay. Just a little more know-how at the front desk would've been icing on the cake!

Family with children recommend it
The room was clean and big like really spacious enough for my family and the staff was just very nice, always ready to help when we needed them. Had a nice moment when I asked for a late checkout, and they were super accommodating honestly.
It wasn't inexpensive but honestly it felt acceptable for what we got.
